Personalized Service at Your Door
By bringing the veterinary hospital to the pet's home, stress is reduced for both the pet and the
owner. The fully-equipped Dodgen hospital can be driven to the owner's door, eliminating the stress
and risk associated with waiting rooms and travel. This is the ideal treatment for companion animals
who suffer stress-induced reactions, including vomiting and diarrhea, from a "visit to the vet."
Scheduling at-home veterinary care reduces owners' stress by eliminating transportation difficulties
and scheduling inconveniences.
Personalized Care and Treatment for Your Pet
Dr. Mullen sees no more than five clients in a day, enabling her to provide
the kind of personal
service which is the hallmark of Mullen's Mobile Veterinary Hospital. By coming to the pet's home,
Dr. Mullen is able to assess the total environment of both the pet and its owner and develop a
relationship that goes beyond the exam room. In fact, Mullen's Mobile Veterinary Hospital has no
exam rooms. Clients are able to see all of the facilities and, unless there are unusual circumstances,
can watch treatments administered -- there is no "back room."
Computerized Technology Assures Efficiency
The only cat and mouse games are played
between Dr.
Mullen's cat, "ER" and the computer control. Here, "ER" naps in the in-basket after taming the computer mouse.
Mullen's Mobile Veterinary Hospital is fully automated, using
computerized scheduling and billing to compliment cellular telephone technology to expedite dispatching the
hospital to
clients' homes.
Service Area; Hours
Mullen's Mobile Veterinary Hospital serves the San Fernando Valley from
Monday
through Friday by appointments scheduled at 9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Weekend
appointments are available
for existing clients by special arrangement and advanced appointment.
For Emergencies, Contact Nearby ER
Mullen's Mobile Veterinary Hospital provides services by appointment in designated service areas. Although an effort is made to schedule
appointments expeditiously, taking into consideration the
needs of each patient, the service is NOT an emergency service. For emergencies, pets
may be
taken to a veterinary emergency hospital or local veterinary hospital, depending upon the hour and
location. They can be located in the Yellow Pages.
